Called to Care

This past Sunday, Rev. Bill Havens shared with us a new opportunity: the Trinity Called-to-Care grant program. We know the Trinity community is engaged in good work throughout the community, far beyond the official mission programs of the congregation. Your Mission & Public Witness committee wants to come alongside and support our whole congregation as we each, in our own way, do the work of Christ.

The Called-to-Care program allows Trinity members to apply for grants to support a local non-profit agency for which the member volunteers. These grants, typically a few hundred dollars, are meant to be a flexible way for Trinity to help meet short-term or unexpected needs. I am proud that Trinity is a community of generosity. We are generous with our time, our talents, and our financial resources. Because of your generosity, we can come alongside our fellow Trinity family with encouragement and concrete help. I can't wait to see what wonderful things you do with these grants!
