Trinity Worship - January 17, 2021 - Accepting the Call of Christ
In worship this week we are blessed by some wonderful music from Sharon Reed (and Robert and Carla as well, of course), and our focus for the service is responding to the call of Christ, even when we don't feel equipped for the work.
Please mark your calendars for our Annual Congregational Meeting. It will be held Sunday, January 31 at 11:30am via Zoom. In the coming week all active members of Trinity will receive further information about the meeting via email and/or postal mail. Please check the newsletter for more information and contact myself or the church office with questions.
Thank you for being part of the Trinity family.

Music for Social Distancing
Each week our staff will be sharing some music that is bringing them joy. Some may relate to the sermon, others are just music for the times. You can click herefor the full playlist. Here are this week's recommendations:
Wings of a Dove (Psalm 55) by Celtic Psalms - You may remember a couple of years ago when Celtic Psalms came to Trinity as part of their US tour. We were one of the first groups to hear their beautiful rendition of Psalm 55. Here is a new video, featuring the rolling waves of the Irish Sea.
If Ye Love Me (Tallis) by Tenebrae - The Tallis arrangement of Jesus words ("If ye love me, keep my commandments...") is a classic for a reason; this new recording by a wonderful choir is a perfect showcase.
The Parting Glass by Freddie White - An Irish folk song sung in the way you would hear it in the back room of the pub after the tourists have left; a lament for those gone.
