Annual Report & Congregational Meeting

Annual Meeting 2021.png

The Annual Congregational Meeting for Trinity is coming up this Sunday, January 31 at 11:30am via Zoom.  I've got an update and a few reminders for you today about this important item in our life together.

First, the Annual Report is ready.  Each year, Trinity prepares our Annual Report as a way to highlight the mission and ministry of our congregation over the past months.  Click Here to download and explore our 2020 Annual Report.  If you would like a physical copy, please contact the church office and we would be happy to provide one.  Please note, the Annual Report contains updates from all our committees and ministry areas, as well as a financial overview from 2020 and our 2021 budget.

Second, Annual Meeting Reminders.

  • The Annual Meeting will take place this Sunday, January 31 at 11:30am via Zoom. Information on how to participate in this meeting, along with the agenda, has been distributed via email. Please contact Pastor Chris or the church office if you need more information.

  • There are two practice calls for those who've not participated in a Zoom call before. They will be Wednesday at 6pm and Thursday at 10am. We will send an email with the Zoom link Wednesday morning.

  • All those who are part of the Trinity family are welcomed and encouraged to attend the Annual Meeting. While we do not anticipate any items of business that require a vote, if a vote is necessary only those individuals who are Active Members of the congregation will be asked to vote.

  • Click Here to view our Committee Leadership list for 2021 so you can see who is serving which of our committees this year.

If you have any questions about the Annual Meeting or Report, please contact Pastor Chris and I'll be happy to help. You may also contact Carole Hudgings, our Clerk of Session. I look forward to seeing you at our Annual Meeting this Sunday.

Grace and Peace,
Pastor Chris
