Masking Policy Update

Effective Monday, April 11, 2022, masking will be optional, but welcomed, at all Trinity events. Individuals working directly with children under age 5 will continue to mask while working with those children. Trinity will maintain a stock of masks to be provided free of charge to congregation members who wish to mask at church events. Trinity will continue practices to reduce risk of disease transmission, including providing hand sanitizer, using HEPA air filtration units, and maximizing fresh air whenever possible.

We are grateful the current low level of disease transmission in our immediate community has allowed us to make this shift in our response. While we know there is always the possibility of another wave or a new variant which may necessitate the return of a masking requirement, at the moment the evidence indicates this shift in safety measures is appropriate. We will continue to monitor the available guidance and information about disease levels in our community on a routine basis to make sure Trinity is as safe a place as possible.
