Remaining Connected - June 1, 2020
This coming Sunday we are transitioning to our summertime Sunday School schedule. This means our regular adult classes are taking a break for the next couple of months. In their place I'm delighted to be leading a weekly class where we will be taking a look at a wide range of faith topics. Each week will be a new, stand-alone topic; so, if there are weeks when you aren't able to join us, no worries, you can just hop back in when you can. Look for the topic of the week each Thursday in the Newsletter!
With this transition to our summertime schedule we are also taking an extended break from our Thursday Study Group and rolling it into our Sunday School time. If you have any questions, do let me know.
Finally, I want to let you know that we are in the process of upgrading our Zoom account to a non-profit account. This might mean in future weeks we will need to update some of our Zoom meeting links. Nothing has changed for this week... But, if you ever aren't sure on the right link, check our website news page for the latest updates.
Those are all of the updates for this week; scroll down for the details on our weekly gatherings. If there are ways I or Trinity can be a good support to you this week please reply to this email (or give me a call) to start the conversation!
Here are some ways you can connect with your Trinity family this week online:
Social Media Scripture - Daily, early afternoon
Each day I'll be sharing, via our social media channels, a verse or two of scripture from the daily lectionary along with a one or two sentence reflection. These aren't sermons, just a quick mid-day reflection on God's Word. I hope you'll hop on Facebook, Twitter (@trinitysgfpcusa), or Instagram(@trinitysgfpcusa) and check out the posts, join the conversation, and share with your friends and family.
