As we shared at our last two congregational meetings, beginning on May 1, and continuing through the end of July, I will be away from Trinity for a three-month time of sabbatical study and renewal.  I want to take this opportunity to share with you a bit more detail about my goals during this time along with the plans we have put in place to make sure the life and ministry of Trinity continues as smoothly as possible.

This year we are encouraging all members of the Trinity family to set aside time each day during Lent for prayer and reflection. To help, we have put together a collection of devotional resources you may find helpful.

This coming Sunday, August 14, is an important day in the life of Trinity and I want to personally encourage you to take part. During our morning worship service, we will be setting aside time to prayerfully consider our life and ministry together here at Trinity as we take the U.S. Congregational Vitality Survey (USCVS). This confidential survey will help our leadership more accurately assess our areas of strength and identify places where God may be calling us into deeper relationship and vitality.

As our nation once again laments the loss of life due to a mass school shooting, this time in Uvalde, Texas, Pastor Chris asks for prayers, and action.
